Description
These stables, built in the late 18th century, are located approximately 20 meters south of Alton Pancras Manor House. Constructed of brick in Flemish bond, the building features a hipped roof covered with tiles and stone slate verges. It is a single storey with an attic. The central carriage door is topped by a blank brick arch. The windows are adorned with round-headed gauged brick arches that include stone keystones and imposts. The doors also have flat arches with similar stone keystones.
