The building comprises a shop range to the right and an outshut to the left, added later. The original range presents a two-storey, three-window facade. It has two-light casement windows with full and horizontal glazing bars. A central panelled door provides access. The building is described in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments, Dorset, volume III, page 2, number 5.
