This early 19th-century farmhouse is situated on Dean Lane in Sixpenny Handley. Constructed primarily of banded brick and flint with some tile hanging, the building features a tiled roof with end brick stacks and sprocketted eaves. It comprises two parallel ranges arranged symmetrically, presenting a three-bay facade. The windows are sash windows, with eight panes on the upper sashes and twelve panes on the lower. A central door consists of six fielded panels, sheltered by a 19th-century timber lattice porch with a pointed arch.
