Description

Lilac Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Blandford Road in Shillingstone. It is constructed from whitewashed rubble and features a thatched roof, which is hipped on the left side and gabled on the right. The cottage has a brick stack at one end and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century casements with diamond-pane leaded lights, and there is a central plank door.
