Description

No. 52 and 53, also known as Time Keepers Cottage, is a detached cottage dating to around 1780. The walls are of plastered cob construction, with a hipped thatched roof and brick end stacks. The cottage is two storeys high. It features a ledged door with a glass panel, and on the ground floor, there are two cross-pattern windows with lead lights. The first floor has three casements, also with lead lights. The property is recorded in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments as Monument 7 (Dorset, Volume III).
