Description

These are a pair of cottages, likely built around 1838. They have walls of ashlar stone and a hipped roof with central brick stacks positioned along the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high and have a two-window front. The windows are mostly four-pane sashes, with a sixteen-pane sash on the upper floor to the right. Panelled doors with plain transom lights are set within the outer ground floor bays. The cottages appear to be constructed in a similar style to Church Cottage (listed separately). They are included on the heritage list primarily for their contribution to the character of the surrounding group of buildings.
