Description

The Churchyard Cross, located 7 metres south-east of the tower of the Church of St Mary in Melbury Bubb, dates from the 15th century. It is constructed from Ham stone and features a square stone base. The base of the cross-shaft is 30 cm high and is octagonal in shape, with straight stops that transition to a square at the base.
