Description

Cromwell Cottage is a semi-detached house, formerly the service wing of The Manse, likely built in the late 18th century. It features rubble stone walls, with a roof that is partly tiled and partly stone-slated, and a stone stack at the left end of the main block. The left section, which adjoins The Manse, is single-storeyed with a tiled roof and stone eaves courses, and includes one casement window with diamond lead lights. The main two-storeyed block on the right has a stone slate roof and a ledged door. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows, one with glazing bars and the other with diamond lead lights. The first floor has one casement window with diamond lead lights.
