Description
Bridge Farm House is a farmhouse built in 1844, as indicated by the date stone on the front wall. The building features coursed rubble stone walls and a slate roof, with brick stacks at each end. It is designed in the Tudor style and has two storeys. The entrance includes a part-glazed panelled door that is sheltered by a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows set in ashlar surrounds, each with hoodmoulds, while the first floor has three similar windows. To the right, there is a single-storey extension with a slate roof. On the left, a 20th-century two-storey extension has plastered walls and a tiled roof, featuring one casement window with horizontal glazing bars on the first floor.
