Description

The Long Thatch is a detached cottage dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It features walls made of flint with brick banding and has a thatched roof that is hipped at the left end. There are two brick chimney stacks, one located near the left end and the other at the right end of the building. The cottage is single storey and has a ledged door along with four casement windows that have cast iron glazing. There is a small extension on the right side, which has a corrugated asbestos roof.
