Description
This is a watermill located approximately 120 meters north-east of Bingham's Melcombe House. It dates from the 19th century, although it may be built on an earlier foundation. The base is constructed of rubble and ashlar, with brick above in English bond. The mill has a hipped slate roof and is a single storey building. Inside, it contains an iron wheel that is about 9 feet in diameter, along with some machinery. This is a very small mill that was used to power water pumps.
