The Lodge, 300 Metres South East Of Parnham House

The Lodge, located 300 metres southeast of Parnham House, is a private residence built around 1905 by Sauer. It features walls made of lias ashlar and a roof covered with lias clay tiles, complete with stone gable coping. The building has two stone stacks with moulded cornices, positioned at the ridge and on the west gable wall.

The south elevation is two storeys high and has three windows. The left bay projects and is topped with a gable that has a Nash-style finial. There is a canted bay with stone mullion windows that have 4-centred heads. The second bay contains a front door with a 4-centred head and moulded jambs, along with a label above it. Above the door is a 2-light stone mullion window. The third bay features a 5-light stone mullion window with a continuous label above. Additionally, there is a clasping gate-pier at the southeast corner of the house, which has a fielded panel on each face and a ball finial on top.
