Description
Cobblers is a cottage located at the left end of a terrace in Puddletown, dating from the 18th century. It appears to have two sections, with the left part formerly serving as a cobbler's shop. The building features brick walls that have been colourwashed and a thatched roof. There is one brick chimney stack in the center and another shared stack at the right end. The cottage is partly two storeys and partly one storey with an attic.
The left section has a six-panel raised panel door, while the ground floor features a 20th-century metal casement window. On the first floor, there is one casement window with arched lights and a blocked window. In the right section, the ground floor includes a 20th-century casement window in an old door opening, along with two sash windows that have glazing bars and shutters. The attic features two dormers with casement windows that have lead lights.
