Description
The main warehouse at North Mills dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a double-pitched slate roof. It features coped gables on kneelers and stands four storeys tall. The north elevation has five ranges of windows, including one range of sashes with glazing bars, while the rest are blind. On the east elevation, there are two ranges of planked loading doors with winch hoists above them. The west elevation contains two ranges of casements with glazing bars. Inside, the floors are supported by iron columns. This building is part of a group of listed buildings in North Mills.
