Description
Nos 1, 3, and 5 North Mills comprise late 18th-century and probably early 19th-century red-brick buildings situated on North Mills Road. The river elevation of Nos 3 and 5 is constructed of hammer-dressed stone, while the south end is slate hung. The roofs are pitched slate with coped gable ends and red-brick stacks. No 1 has three ranges, whereas Nos 3 and 5 have four ranges, each containing sash windows with glazing bars. Four attic dormers feature casements. The buildings form a group of listed buildings.
