SY98SW MORETON GRANGE ROAD 9/236 (West Side) 20.11.59 Stables at Creech Grange GV II

Stable range. C17 - probably of two builds. West section has rubble stone walls and stone slate roof. Single-storey. Round-headed doorway with moulded arch and impost. Four 2-light mullioned windows with lead lights. East section - rather higher has rubble stone walls and stone slate roof with coped gables. Two 4-centred arched doorways, and pair of garage dooors. Two 3-light and one 2-light mullioned window. RCHM Monument 4. Note. This building notified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest under the National Parks and Access to Countryside Act.
