Description
The stables at Creech Grange are a stable range dating from the 17th century, likely constructed in two phases. The western section features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, and is a single storey. It includes a round-headed doorway with a moulded arch and impost, along with four 2-light mullioned windows that have lead lights. The eastern section is taller and also has rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof with coped gables. This part contains two 4-centred arched doorways and a pair of garage doors, as well as two 3-light and one 2-light mullioned windows. The building is noted as a Site of Special Scientific Interest under the National Parks and Access to Countryside Act.
