Description

The Village Pump is a pump shelter built in 1901. It features an open structure made of timber frame construction, with vertical uprights and diagonal bracing supporting the roof. The roof is concave pyramidal in shape, covered with tiles and topped with a lead finial. Inside, there is a cast iron pump housed in a timber casing.
