Description

Chalbury Hill House is a rectory that has been converted into a private house. The building features an 18th-century rear wing and an early 19th-century main range. It is rendered and colourwashed, with both slated and tiled roofs and brick stacks placed in various locations. The 19th-century range is two storeys high and has three bays, with symmetrical sash windows that include glazing bars. The rear range contains some tripartite sashes and casement windows, also with glazing bars. The main entrance is a part-glazed door located in a glazed porch at the junction between the two ranges.
