Description

Nos 6 and 8 on East Road are early to mid 19th century buildings made of stucco. They feature a low pitch hipped slate roof with wide eaves supported by brackets. The structure has two storeys and consists of two detached blocks, each with two window ranges, which are connected by a screen wall that has a three-centred arch and flanking niches. Number 8 has a central door framed by a moulded architrave and moulded roundels at the corners of the blocks. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even) and Riversmead.
