Description
10 and 12 East Road are early to mid 19th century buildings constructed of stucco. They feature a low pitch hipped slate roof with wide eaves supported by brackets. The buildings are two storeys high and have three ranges of windows. The ground floor windows are French casements with oblong fanlights, surrounded by moulded architraves and moulded roundels at the corners. Number 12 has a trellis porch and a coved canopy. These buildings, along with Nos 2 to 12 (even) and Riversmead, form a group.
