Description
No. 8 South Street is an 18th-century building that has been rendered and features a pitched tile roof with a red brick chimney stack. The structure is two storeys tall with attics and has a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet. The shopfront, which dates from the 19th century, includes panelled pilasters and moulded consoles. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, and the attic contains two dormers with hipped tile roofs, tile-hung cheeks, and casements that have glazing bars.
