Number 12 Gold Hill is a 18th-century building located on the east side of Gold Hill. It features a two-storey structure with a two-window front that has similar casements and a matching roof. The doorway, situated on the left side, retains its original chamfered stone jambs and a cantered lintel, along with a wooden boarded door. This property, along with numbers 7 to 17, forms a group with Park Wall, stone setts, and a gutter.
