Description
Old Forge Cottage, Middle Cottage, Tiny Cottage, and Cornerways are a range of four cottages located in Hazelbury Bryan. They were built in the 18th and 19th centuries and feature a mix of brick and rubble construction, with some parts whitewashed. The end wall is hung with wooden shingles. The roofs are made of tile, slate, and wooden shingles, all with gable ends, and there are brick chimney stacks at the ends of the cottages. The buildings are two stories tall with irregular window arrangements. The cottages have a variety of casement windows, including some with leaded lights, many of which are set under flat brick arches.
