Description

No. 604 on Break Heart Lane is a building that likely dates from the 18th century. It features plastered cob walls and a thatched roof, along with a plastered stack. The building is two storeys high. There is a two-storeyed extension on the south side, which has walls clad in corrugated iron and a thatched roof. A modern brick and glazed porch with a corrugated sheet roof has been added. The main entrance has a ledged door. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows, one of which has glazing bars and shutters. The first floor also has two casement windows with glazing bars. The building is referenced in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments as Monument 23.
