Description
Knapp Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse located in Corscombe. It features dressed stone walls and a thatched roof with stone gable copings. The building has two storeys and is topped with one stone stack at the left gable and a renewed brick stack to the left of the centre. The facade includes three windows, which are three-light 20th-century metal casements set in wooden frames, with stone arch voussoirs above them. There is a concrete lintel on the right side. The front door, positioned left of centre, is made of wood with thin muntins and has a stone surround with a flat canopy, both featuring reeded mouldings from the 19th century. At the north-west end, there is a small rear wing with a hipped slate roof.
