Description
The Townhouse is a house, now a restaurant, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of colour-washed brick in Flemish bond and has a tiled roof with no visible stacks. The building is two storeys high and features a three-window range. On the left side, there is a 19th-century shop front that is divided into lights by slender columns and has a dentilled entablature. To the right, there is a bow window with glazing bars. The centre of the building has a 20th-century door with a pedimental hood above it. Above the door, there are three 19th-century sash windows with vertical glazing bars, which are set under segmental brick arches.
