Description

Bay Farmhouse is a detached house built around 1820. It is rendered and whitewashed, topped with a slate roof that has brick stacks at both ends. The building has a symmetrical design, although there is an extension on the right side. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range. The windows are three-light cast-iron casements with glazing bars. The central entrance is a panelled door set within a flat, open timber porch.
