Description
Rainshill is a single cottage dating from the early 18th century. It features washed rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof that is hipped on the left side and half-hipped on the right. There is one brick stack located at the center of the ridge. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has two windows, which are wooden casements with glazing bars and wooden lintels. Additionally, there are three-light casements with leaded lights in the eyebrow dormers. The front door, located at the center, is made of planks.
