Description
This is a 19th-century store or workshop, possibly dating from earlier. It is constructed of rubble with an asbestos-cement slate roof. The building is small and single-storey, positioned with its eaves facing the street and featuring raised verges at both ends. The front has a 20th-century sliding garage door located in the raised section of the roof, which is made of corrugated iron. The wall is slightly higher on the left side than on the right, extending about 1.5 meters beyond the left gable to a raking top. There is a blocked door opening on the far right, and the back of the building has a central door. This workshop adjoins No 46 (which is not included in this listing) and represents a rare example of this type of building in an area that has undergone significant rebuilding.
