Description

This 18th-century barn, located 20 meters north-east of Valehouse Farmhouse, features rubble walls with brick quoins and a thatched roof with gable ends. A large brick buttress is positioned at the left-hand corner. The front of the barn has a renewed stable door on the left, framed by stone and renewed brick dressings. To the right, there is a casement-type window with brick dressings and a wooden lintel above. A pitch-door is present at the right-hand gable end. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
