Description

No. 6 Market Place is an 18th-century building, constructed after 1731. It is a three-storey structure with a three-window front, featuring typical brickwork. The central bay projects slightly, and the building has sash windows with altered glazing bars and keystones. There is a small eaves cornice and a standard W H S shop-front. This building is part of a group that includes all the listed buildings in Market Place, as well as several properties on East Street, West Street, and the Church of St Peter and St Paul.
