Description

This is an 18th-century cottage built of rendered cob. It has a pitched thatch roof and brick stacks. The cottage is one-and-a-half storeys high, with three ranges of casement windows, two of which are Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars. A one-storey extension adjoins the north side, incorporating rendered and thatched sections, and brick sections with pitched tile and stone slate roofs. A badge representing the Lord of the Manor is visible on the building.
