Description

The front walls and gate piers at the entrance to The Rectory are from the mid-19th century or possibly earlier. They consist of squared rubble-stone walls that extend for 20 meters on one side and 35 meters on the other side of the gate piers. The walls feature ashlar coping stones. The central gate piers are made of ashlar and include recessed panels, moulded cornices, and low pyramidal capstones.
