Description

No 75 on East Street is an early 19th-century building constructed from whitewashed brick. It features a pitched slate roof and a red brick chimney stack. The building stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a single range of sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door topped with a semi-circular fanlight. There is also one flat-topped attic dormer with a casement window and glazing bars. A contemporary rainwater head is present. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 61 to 115 (odd) and a wall from the east end of No 115.
