5/174 Bridge approximately 250m north-east of 16.8.60 Pump Cottage. (formerly listed as Bridge over Key Brook)

Road bridge over the Key Brook. Late C18/early C19. Greensand ashlar, of 4 arches, the outer being semi-circular and the inner being segmental. Single pointed cutwater upstream and downstream. Parapets with rounded capping. Plaque warning drivers of traction engines that bridge is incapable of carrying excessive weight. RCHM, Dorset, vol IV, p 115, no 2.
