Detached cottage, C16 origin with extensions and alterations of the C18, C19 and C20. Part brick, part flint and part rendered with thatched roof having brick stacks in various locations L-plan. 2 storeys. Sash windows of varying sizes with glazing bars. Panelled door near centre.
