Description

Meads Cottage is a detached cottage from the late 18th century, with 19th-century alterations to its windows. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with gable ends, along with brick stacks at each gable end. The cottage has two storeys and four windows, which are cast-iron casements with glazing bars, wooden cills, and lintels, arranged in combinations of three lights and two lights. The front door, located just left of centre, is a plank and glazed design from the 20th century. There are also 19th-century brick outhouses situated towards the lane. The cottage faces south, away from the lane.
