Description
Corner House is a detached house dating from the 17th century, which was repaired in the 20th century. It features rubble-stone walls with dressed stone quoins and has clay-tile roofs with stone gable copings. There are brick stacks at the gable ends. The house is two storeys high and has three windows: the ground floor has windows with four lights, while the first floor has windows with three lights. These windows have hollow-chamfered stone mullions and separate labels, although the current casements are from the 20th century. The front doorway is centrally located and has straight-chamfered jambs with a depressed-arch head. It features a plank door with strap hinges, also from the 20th century. An addition on the east gable is not considered to be of special interest.
