Description
Nos. 20, 22, and 22A Fleet Street are three attached cottages built in the mid-19th century. They feature coursed rubble-stone walls and a slate roof, which has a gable end on the left side with stone gable coping. There are two brick chimneys on the left gable and another four meters in from the same gable. The cottages are two storeys high and have approximately five windows. Three of these windows have the original wooden casements with an opening iron centre-light, while the others are mainly replaced 20th-century wooden casements. The windows and doors have wooden cills and are adorned with gauged stone voussoirs. The front doors are all wooden and include various glass panels, dating from the 20th century.
