Description

The Pilot Boat Hotel, likely built in the 1840s but after 1844, is a two-storey building located on Bridge Street. It features a stucco exterior with two windows facing southeast towards Broad Street. The southwest corner is rounded and includes a three-light window on the first floor, with a doorway below that has double doors and shutters. There are also two window bays on the return side facing southeast. The building has a string course, a cornice, and a parapet, along with long and short quoins. The Pilot Boat Hotel, along with Nos 1 and 2 Broad Street, forms a cohesive group.
