Description
Newell Grange is a building dating from the 17th to 18th century, originally serving as a farmhouse. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a steep modern plain tile roof, which was formerly thatched. The building is two storeys high with a three-window front facing Newell. The front of the house and the west return have new metal casements, while one old casement remains in the rear wing. Inside, there are stone fireplaces and beams with chamfers, along with fireplaces that display Adamesque details.
