Description
Lewell Mill Farmhouse is an attached farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It features brick walls laid in Flemish bond and a slate roof with gable ends. There is a brick stack on the ridge, positioned left of center. The building is two storeys high and has four windows on the ground floor, arranged as two sets of two light windows, and a similar arrangement on the first floor. The ground floor windows are 19th century cast iron casements with iron glazing bars, segmental brick arches, and wooden sills. At the right-hand end, there are 20th century casements. A plank door is located at the center, leading to a brick porch that has an arched opening and a gabled slate roof. At the rear, there is a continuous brick outshut with 19th century iron casements.
