Description
The Parish Hall, originally a school, was built in 1846 and features rubble stone walls with ashlar dressings. It has a tiled roof with a crested ridge and coped gables, and is a single-storey structure. A gabled porch is located near the right end, featuring a ledged door set in a moulded 4-centred arched opening. Above the door, there is a scroll displaying the date. The building has three 2-light stone mullioned windows with arched lights, all under hoodmoulds. On the left gable wall, there is a 4-light mullioned and transomed window with arched lights, also under a hoodmould, and a Coat of Arms is positioned above this window. A 20th-century timber extension has been added to the rear.
