Description
Porch Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It features brick walls and a thatched roof, with brick stacks at each end. The cottage has one storey and an attic. A gabled tiled porch with a battened door leads into the building. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows with glazing bars set beneath segmental arches. The attic includes three half dormers, each with similar casement windows. There are single storey extensions at both ends of the cottage, which have tiled roofs that are part hipped and part catslide. The right end extension contains one metal casement window.
