Description

Nos 21 and 22 High East Street are 18th century buildings constructed from red brick. They rise three storeys with attics and feature a slate roof. The façade includes five ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor is rusticated and arcaded, with a shopfront inserted on the right-hand side. The first-floor windows are adorned with bow-shaped cast iron balconies. A parapet with stone coping crowns the building, and there are two dormers. These buildings, along with All Saint's Church and Nos 21 to 26 (consecutive), form a group with No 1 Cornhill.
