Description
The former dairy house and dairy, located immediately south-west of Blashenwell Farm House, is likely from the early 19th century. It features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with one brick chimney stack at the left end and another near the right end. The building is two storeys high and has a single-storey lean-to at the front with a slate roof, which includes a porch. At the rear, there is another single-storey lean-to with a catslide roof.
On the front elevation, to the left of the porch, the ground floor has one easement with cast iron lattice glazing and two 20th-century casements—one made of timber and the other of metal. The first floor has two casements with cast iron lattice glazing. To the right of the porch, the ground floor features a ledged door with a loft door above it and one casement with cast iron lattice glazing, along with a similar casement on the first floor. At the right end of the building, there is a lower attached structure built in matching materials, which has double doors and connects the dairy house to the main barn.
