Description

The Barn, located 50 metres south-west of Lodge House Farmhouse, is a barn dating from the late 17th century. It features rubble-stone walls with square stone quoins and a corrugated iron roof with gable ends. The west end has stone gable coping with a moulded apex and horizontal kneelers. There is a pitch door at the west gable end. Inside, the roof has double collars, butted through-purlins, and shallow-chamfered principals, along with a collar-yoke and ridge-piece.
