Description

No 529 is a cottage from the 18th century, featuring an attached outhouse on the south side. The walls are a mix of brick and plaster, topped with a thatched roof and a brick chimney. The building is one storey high with attics. On the east side, there is a lean-to with concrete block walls and a corrugated iron roof. The outhouse has a stable door. The ground floor includes casement windows with glazing bars, while the attic features one dormer and one window under the eaves, both fitted with lead lights. The cottage was under repair at the time of the survey in 1981.
