Description
This house, located 10 meters south-east of Havelins Farm House, dates from the late 18th century. It features brick walls topped with a tiled roof that has stone-slate margins and includes end brick stacks. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with attics and comprising three bays. The windows are casements with glazing bars, and there is a central doorcase with a pediment above a panelled door. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a chamfered bressumer.
