Description
Nos 103 to 107 on Newland are a group of buildings dating from the late 18th century to the early to mid 19th century. They feature two-storey stone rubble fronts and have plaintile gabled roofs.
At No 103, there are two widely spaced two-light wooden casements on the upper floor, with three similar two-light segmental-headed wooden casements below. A segmental-headed doorway is located between the second and third windows from the left, with a modern door. The building has a plinth.
No 105 has two widely spaced two-light wooden casements above and three similar segmental-headed casements below. The doorway is positioned between the second and third windows from the left, featuring a modern ledged door with a glazed upper part. This building also has a plinth.
No 107 consists of one window bay and a door, with a two-light wooden casement above and another segmental-headed casement below.
